Fun Outing (Virasat-e-Khalsa and Anandpur Sahib)

Unison International School’s summer campers embarked on a journey of discovery and adventure on their recent outing to Virasat-e-Khalsa and Anandpur Sahib. The trip was a perfect blend of history, culture and fun, leaving our students with memories that will last a lifetime 🙌 🌟 The day began with a visit to Virasat e Khalsa, an architectural marvel that showcases the rich history and culture of the Sikh community. Our students were awed by the intricate artwork and stunning architecture of the museum, which vividly portrayed the story of the Sikh religion and its evolution over time. They were fascinated by the exhibits, which included rare artifacts, manuscripts and paintings that brought the history of the region to life 🌺 Our students also explored the vibrant energy of the local markets in Anandpur Sahib before visiting a Gurudwara where they were amazed by the spirit of seva, which is at the heart of Sikhism, while having langar. The trip was a wonderful opportunity for the students to learn about the culture and traditions of Sikhism and to experience the spirit of seva firsthand. Overall, it was an enriching and unforgettable experience for the students🙏 Catch a glimpse of the same.
